This prestigious prize rewards companies in different categories which, according to a jury of experts, <strong>have the potential to cross the billion euro valuation mark in the next five years.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These companies cover key sectors such as <strong>SaaS technology, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, green mobility and biotechnology<\/strong>, thus showing the diversity and scope of French innovation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the eight winners of this edition:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Grand Prize: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chapsvision.fr\/\"><strong>ChapsVision<\/strong><\/a>This platform specializes in data analysis dedicated to performance and customer engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Favorite: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/neolithe.fr\/\"><strong>Neolithic<\/strong><\/a>She has developed a technique for processing ultimate waste to turn it into reusable rubble by accelerating its fossilization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>GreenTech and Mobility<\/strong> : <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elicit-plant.com\/fr\/\">Elicit Plant<\/a>.<\/strong> It offers agricultural production solutions that take into account water shortages due to climate change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ESG<\/strong> : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kayrros.com\/fr\/\"><strong>Kayrros<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> A self-declared \u201cworld leader in environmental intelligence,\u201d it offers maps and data analyzed to optimize the energy transition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>E-Commerce and E-services: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.homagames.com\/\"><strong>Home<\/strong><\/a>. Cell therapy laboratory dedicated to regenerative medicine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Demanding selection criteria<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Based on 1,500 companies, 50 were identified in 2024 by the organizers of the Trophies as having strong growth potential,<\/strong> and among these, eight were distinguished by a jury composed of influential personalities from the world of innovation, finance and tech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for the 7<sup>e<\/sup> Trophies, companies had to meet strict criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Headquarters in France<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than 15 years of existence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have raised at least 5 million euros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not to be listed on the stock exchange<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valuation less than 1 billion euros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>France still far from the 100 unicorns hoped for<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>France<\/strong>, with its expanding digital ecosystem<strong>, currently has around thirty unicorns,<\/strong> Among which we find already known names like <strong>Blablacar, BackMarket, Doctolib, Deezer, Ledger, Veepee, Voodoo, Mirakl, Vestiaire Collective, Alan, or even Shift Technology.<\/strong> These companies have become emblematic figures of French Tech, demonstrating the capacity for innovation in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>However, the economic, financial, political and international context is slowing down the development of this economy, which is often digital, always innovative and eager for support funds.<\/strong>. Thus, with around thirty unicorns in 2024, France is still far from the ambition displayed by Bruno Le Maire of reaching the threshold of 100 unicorns in 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>France 6<sup>e<\/sup> home of start-ups<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Among our neighbours, Great Britain has around sixty unicorns, Germany 39, far from the United States (739), China (278) or India (87). However, with a 6<sup>e<\/sup> France has no reason to be ashamed of its place in the world. But it must get back on track. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Initiatives such as Reputation Age and La villa numeris help to stimulate the creation of start-ups in France and encourage their development, to the point of creating unicorns. They also prove that France remains a vigorous breeding ground for innovation and entrepreneurship.
