This is perhaps the most anticipated edition; the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, held from January 7 to 10, 2025, will once again and even more so be placed under the now essential sign of Artificial Intelligence. But one thing is already certain: the 2025 edition will be exciting and rich in upheavals and innovative breakthroughs because far from calming down, human inventiveness has entered a new technological era.

Tireless innovation

According to Kinsey Fabrizio, president of CTA, the Consumer Electronics Technology Association “Whether it’s unlocking new, efficient capabilities in agriculture and mining or improving the care we provide to our pets, the technology on display at CES 2025 will allow attendees to dive deep into the trends that are transforming our world.”

+14% of candidates for the Awards this year!

The show will have its soft opening on January 5, with the grand announcement in Las Vegas of the winners of the 2025 edition of the innovation competition. These highly sought-after Awards attract more candidates every year. 2025 was no exception to this rule: No fewer than 3,400 candidates from all over the world competed for this now prestigious award., or 14% more than in 2024. And this year, as one might expect, Artificial Intelligence took the lion's share, with 49.51% of these candidates indicating that they had used AI to innovate.

Ask for the program

The main themes chosen this year are in continuity; they include, of course, artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, virtual and augmented reality, 5G, and sustainability.

As for the program of festivities, here is a small preview of what awaits visitors and what you should mark on your calendar:

  • January 7th : Official opening of CES with press conferences and the opening, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., of the Show Floor, THE big showcase of innovation at the show.
  • January 8th : Continuation of conferences and special events such as the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region evening, for French entertainment.
  • January 9 : Last full day of exhibitions and conferences.
  • January 10 : CES closes at 4 p.m.
